Manufacturing Process
Each sign is created from scratch utilizing multiple software programs and cut via our precise and industry-leading CNC machine. We then powder coat our metal signs per customer request. Powder coating is a process that provides a superior finish over conventional paint.
Sign Details
The signs can be made with up to 3 LAYERS.
- TOP Metal Font: Aluminum font created from a variety of styles.
- CENTER Acrylic Font: 1/4" thick Acrylic Font piece cut to match the TOP piece (attached via industrial adhesive). The CENTER Acrylic adds the depth (thickness) to your sign to give it the wow factor. Really makes it POP!
- or Center Wood Font: 1/4" Piece of birchwood instead of Acrylic
- BACKSPLASH: The top and or center piece are adhered to this aluminum backsplash. This adds a unique layer which can be mounted on a wall or a stand.
You can also order the Font alone in Metal, Acrylic or Wood.
How To Order
- Choose your size.
- Choose your sign setup.
- Choose the Font Style and color.
- Enter the characters you would like the sign to have (15 character max).
- Opt to receive an email of design to approve.*
- Order a stand if needed. (must be ordered with the backsplash).
*If you opt to receive an email for design approval, we do not start production until after we receive confirmation of approval. MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR CORRECT EMAIL and check your spam/junk folder if you don't get an email from us within 2 business days (during the work week,Mon-Friday) after placing your order.
Stand Details (for signs with backsplash only)
IMPORTANT; since the Backsplash needs to be designed so that it can be mounted on our stand, you must order the stand at the same time so that we can design the backsplash accordingly. You can come back and order a stand in the future, but you will have to use 3M tape, adhesive or drill holes on the backsplash to attach it to the stand.
Custom
If you have an idea/font you'd like us to use to make your sign. Please email us. There is a custom design fee involved which will add around $50.00 to the final price. Why? custom ideas/fonts require additional design time.
Shipping
We offer domestic and worldwide shipping. International customers, email us for a quote if your country is NOT listed.
No refunds on custom signs (for obvious reasons). Once orders are placed, they cannot be cancelled! No exceptions. If you entered your text incorrectly, when you placed the order, you will need to email us within 4hrs.

FAQ
Do I have to order all 3 layers? No, you can order the TOP, or the CENTER (with or without the Backsplash).
Does the backsplash require a social media identification? No, you can order the backsplash without the Social media identifier.
Do the characters have to connect?Yes, in order for the sign to work fluidly, the characters have to connect to each other (like cursive). If you have a custom request please email us.
Can I order a custom color?Yes, we use prismatic powder for all our custom finishes. You would just have to email us what you want from their website and we will order and coat it for you (fees apply).
Can I send my own file? Yes, but if the file is not setup to be cut on a CNC machine, there will be a setup fee of $50.00. If you don't know whether your file is setup to be cut on a CNC machine, chances are it's not. Email us for more details on anything custom.
Can you ship worldwide?Yes. Email us for a shipping quote.
Can you make larger signs?Absolutely, We have made signs as large as as 8ft wide! check out our custom sign listing for more info or Email us for details.
Can I get a discount if I order more than one sign?Yes, we have a discount coupon code for those that would like to order more than one sign in a single transaction.
Do you offer group discounts?Yes. 10 order minimum for group signs. Email us specifics.
Why can't we order this on Amazon? While all our custom signs are made in-house, they take time to set-up, fabricate and coat. The Amazon mentality of "WE NEED IT NOW" does not work well with custom work.
Refunds? No. These are custom made signs. No refunds are available. If there's a problem with your sign, we will do everything we can to help fix the issue. Also, no cancellations.
